Co-Sponsorship
While the HOP has its own events, we realize the need to collaborate with other student groups on campus to make events successful. Often collaboration helps to foster student relations and leadership in making better more successful events. It is through co-sponsorship that many larger events can even be accomplished since funds can be combine as well as efforts to advertise and attract and audience. For that reason, we entertain all requests made for co-sponsorships made by other groups.
For ease, we have implemented an online request form. Please feel free to fill this out with information regarding an event that you would like to have sponsored by the HOP. Include as much information as available including logistics, advertising needs, cost/contributions, date and times, and other pertinent information. The more information included, the easier it is for us to make an expedient decision.
